- Attention: only book if 100% sure! (as by appointment only).
- Book at least minimum one day (24 hours) before appointment (i.e. in principle not for the same day), in particular in the weekend, and maximum one week before appointment.
- In case of a couple mixed reservation, we require to communicate with the female client person (instead of only with the male client person), and if needed as well via WhatsApp (video) call, to ensure serious request like truly mixed couple and consent from in particular also the female client person.
- Before you submit the reservation, double check the correctness in particular of the contact e-mail id.

- Only after personal contact, with confirmation of the reservation booking details and its price, the (provisional) reservation booking will be finalized in a (final) appointment with final details such as the exact address, phone/WhatsApp number.
- Very important you are 100% sure to arrive on time (approximately 5 minutes before appointment, not less (in order to start punctual), not more (in order to keep discretion)). The time too late will be deducted from the massage time or if not shown up at all the whole massage time will be charged.
- (Remaining) payment only cash exact upon arrival before the start of the massage.
- In principle amounts payable in currency CHF or, as exception, equivalent in EUR.
- No refunds, e.g. in case of inability to keep an appointment or an earlier departure, as time is reserved for the appointment and no possibility to serve other clients.
- Our cancellation policy is: for postponements and cancellations contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment to avoid being charged.
- Persons who are not present (at all) on the appointment will be charged and pursuied.
Please note that due to the type of services we need unfortunately be quite strict due to quite some spam/junk and not serious requests.
Thus, again, only make an appointment if you are serious, and 100% sure you can keep the appointment, and willing to provide comfort like a small advance/pre-payment (if really needed) or any other valid suggestion you may have in return for your anonymity i.e. the risk for us that you do not keep the appointment like too late cancellation, no show-up/not present at all.
